1. The service

MAG Flow Chat lets a business connect a Facebook Page it manages so that an automated assistant operated by MAG Flow replies to messages people send to that Page on Messenger.

2. Who may use it

You may connect a Page only if you are authorised to manage that Page and its messages on behalf of its owner.

3. Acceptable use

• The assistant only replies to people who message the Page first, within the Messenger Platform messaging window.
• You must not use the service to send spam, unsolicited promotions or content that violates Meta's Platform Terms, Messenger Platform Policies or Community Standards.
• You are responsible for the business information you ask the assistant to use being accurate.

4. Human handover

Automated replies can be wrong. Requests that involve payments, complaints or anything the assistant cannot handle are handed to the Page owner's staff.

5. Disconnecting

You can disconnect a Page at any time from the My Pages screen. Disconnecting stops the assistant and deletes the Page access token we hold.
