An AI assistant that answers your Facebook Page messages
MAG Flow Chat replies to customers who message your Page on Messenger: it answers questions about your products and services, collects booking requests and hands the conversation to your staff when a person is needed.
We only ask for the permissions needed to reply to messages on the Pages you choose. You can disconnect a Page at any time.
How it works
- Log in with Facebook
and choose which Pages MAG Flow Chat may manage. - Connect a Page
We subscribe the Page to message events so new messages reach the assistant. - Customers message your Page
The assistant replies in Messenger, within the standard 24-hour messaging window.
Permissions we request
pages_show_list to show you the list of Pages you manage, so you can pick one.
pages_manage_metadata to subscribe the selected Page to Messenger webhooks (new messages and button clicks).
pages_messaging to send replies to people who message your Page first.
