Data Deletion Instructions

You can have the data MAG Flow Chat holds about you deleted in any of these ways:

Option 1: Disconnect a Page

1. Log in at connect.magflow.vn with Facebook.
2. Open My Pages and click Disconnect next to the Page.
3. The Page access token is deleted from our servers immediately.

Option 2: Remove the app from Facebook

1. On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
2. Find MAG Flow Chat and click Remove.
3. Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete all Page connections and tokens linked to your account. You receive a confirmation code you can check on our status page.

Option 3: Email us

Send a request to admin@magflow.vn from the email linked to your Facebook account, or include your Facebook profile link or the name of the Page you messaged. We confirm by email once the data is deleted.
